RYD-20U-24BRW90 is a high-output 2.4MHz ultrasonic piezoelectric atomizing transducer suitable for automotive humidification and larger misting designs. The transducer generates a cool fine mist without heating, reaching a humidification rate of 350ml/h measured at 25℃ and 50%RH, with an equivalent atomization life of 5000 hours for long service intervals. Recommended drive voltages of 24V and 38V give system designers flexibility across different humidifier architectures, from vehicle cabin units to larger household and commercial misting equipment. Customization available: wire length and connection method are configurable, protective coating solutions and drive voltage adaptation can be discussed per your system design; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
