RYD-16ST5-112W45-6UM20 is a Ø16mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc built on a SUS316L stainless steel plate and distinguished by a dual pore-size structure. A fine-mist field of 730 micro-holes of 5.0~6.5μm is combined with 56 larger holes of 20μm within a Ø4.2mm range, so one element delivers two droplet scales at once, serving designs that blend fine and coarse mist or need a higher total flow. The SUS316L plate is chosen for designs with higher corrosion requirements, and the disc is fitted with a 1.25-2P plug on 45mm UL1571 AWG30# red/black lead wires for plug-in assembly in humidifiers, misting appliances and medical-type devices. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch layout can be adjusted, wire length, gauge and connector type are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design, and liquids beyond general clean water are evaluated case by case; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
