RYD MPT12BT4003P SMD Piezoelectric Transducer Element measures 12×12.2×3mm with ≥75dB at 4.0kHz/10cm under 3Vp-p square wave drive. LCP housing, 16000pF±30% capacitance, and –30 to +70°C range enable reflow-soldered integration into ultrasonic sensors, atomizer cores, and micro-acoustic modules. ≤1mA current draw.
