RYD DPU1640BIH12A is a waterproof Ø16x12mm ultrasonic transceiver operating at 40kHz in dual transmit-and-receive use. One element handles both directions of the echo link with sensitivity of at least -75dB and sound pressure of at least 95dB, covering a detectable range of 0.2 to 4 meters with 80° directivity, and the black aluminum housing is sealed against water for installation in exposed or wet positions from -20℃ to +85℃. The dual-use construction halves the sensing footprint compared with separate transmitter and receiver pairs, which simplifies layout in vehicle-mounted, outdoor and appliance applications. Customization available: cable length and connector, waterproof grade, housing color and acoustic tuning can be adjusted per your installation; new designs can be developed for volume projects. Target scenarios: automotive electronics, industrial equipment, smart home devices and IoT nodes.
