RYD DPU1008CJ300-B is a miniature Ø9.9x7mm ultrasonic measurement transducer operating at 300kHz in gas media, engineered for short blind time. With a blind time of 110~160μs, the element recovers quickly after transmission, allowing measurement systems to shorten each measurement cycle and work closer to the target, while receive sensitivity above 700mV with 40dB gain keeps the echo signal usable. The PBT housing is rated IP65, the element uses Φ0.6x10mm contact pins, weighs about 1g, and construction and dimensions can be determined together with the client. It suits measurement and detection systems where cycle speed and near-field performance matter. Customization available: structure and size can be defined with the customer, cable and signal interface are configurable, waterproof grade can be upgraded; new designs can be developed for volume projects. Target scenarios: industrial measurement systems, IoT sensing nodes and consumer electronics.
