DPU1007CJ300-02

RYD DPU1007CJ300-02 is a miniature Ø9.9x7mm ultrasonic measurement transducer operating at 300kHz in gas media. The high working frequency shortens the acoustic wavelength for fine measurement resolution, and the element concentrates its field into a narrow 7° beam, delivering receive output above 1.0V with 40dB gain for a clean signal chain. Housed in PBT with IP65 protection, fitted with Φ0.6x10mm contact pins and weighing only about 1g, it integrates easily into compact measurement instruments, and RYD can determine the construction and dimensions together with the client to match the target device. Customization available: structure and size can be defined with the customer, cable and signal interface are configurable, waterproof grade can be upgraded; new designs can be developed for volume projects. Target scenarios: precision measurement instruments, medical devices, industrial equipment and IoT terminals.
