RYD DPU40-25 is a sealed-type 40kHz ultrasonic transducer for level and presence sensing in demanding environments. The Ø25x12mm element is enclosed in a fully sealed aluminum alloy housing with IP68 protection, allowing it to work where spray, condensation or temporary immersion occurs, while emission sound pressure of at least 113dB and receive sensitivity of -72dB build a dependable echo link with a dead zone under 20cm and a 30° transmitting beam. The closed construction keeps the acoustic path stable from -20℃ to +70℃, which suits liquid level detection, fluid monitoring modules and sealed sensing assemblies where an open transducer would not survive. Customization available: cable length and signal interface, waterproof and dustproof grade, housing material and acoustic matching can be adjusted to your system; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
