RYD-20SR-111W20-11UM is a Ø20mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc developed for medical nasal inhalation nebulizer devices. The Ø20mm plate carries 220 micro-holes of 11μm concentrated in a compact Ø2.0mm punch area, and the larger hole size produces larger droplets suited to nasal delivery designs, while the 0.15mm SUS304 plate keeps the element slim for compact device chambers. The 200mm UL1571 AWG30# red/black lead wires with 2mm stripped ends route easily through device housings to the driver board, and the element is supplied as a component for nebulizer development, leaving final device compliance to the device manufacturer. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch area can be tuned to your device requirement, wire length and termination are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design, and liquids beyond general clean water are evaluated case by case; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
