RYD-16U-24BRW80 is a 2.4MHz ultrasonic piezoelectric atomizing transducer developed for automotive cabin humidification. The transducer generates a cool fine mist without heating, reaching a humidification rate of 200ml/h measured at 25℃ and 50%RH, with a recommended 24V drive and an equivalent atomization life of 3000 hours. Unlike conventional nickel or titanium plated electrodes, RYD applies a specially designed electrode protection layer with strong resistance to acidic, alkaline and cavitation corrosion and reduced scale build-up; the layer combines the advantages of a glass glaze coating with good toughness, and RYD processing protects it from micro-cracks, supporting longer field life in automotive environments.
