RYD-16SR-114W20-3.5UM is a Ø16mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc developed for medical nebulization devices, offered as a companion variant with a more compact pore field. It carries 698 micro-holes of 3.5μm within a Ø3.7mm punch area, giving device designers a different mist-volume balance to match their airflow path and chamber design, and the element is rated for at least 3000 hours of service life. The 0.15mm SUS304 plate is terminated with OD0.8mm enamelled wire of 20mm in red and gold for slim integration into compact housings. The element is designed for general clean water; acidic, alkaline or high-viscosity liquids are subject to consultation. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch area can be tuned, wire length and termination are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
