RYD-16SR-112W20-3.5UM is a Ø16mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc developed for medical nebulization devices. Its 0.15mm SUS304 plate carries 794 micro-holes of 3.5μm within a Ø4.0mm punch area, and the fine hole size generates mist particles suited to inhalation-type devices, while the element is rated for at least 3000 hours of service life for dependable device operation. OD0.8mm enamelled lead wires of 20mm in red and gold keep the termination slim inside compact device housings. The element is supplied as a component for nebulizer development, leaving final device compliance to the device manufacturer. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch area can be tuned to your device requirement, wire length and termination are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design, and liquids beyond general clean water are evaluated case by case; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
