RYD-16SR8-108W20

RYD-16SR8-108W20 is a Ø16mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc featuring the widest micropore diameter in this series at 7~9μm. The larger holes produce bigger droplets and heavier misting, suiting designs where a coarser mist is preferred, and the 0.05mm SUS304 plate carries 600 micro-holes within a Ø3.5mm punching range. The disc is supplied with 20~30mm red/black lead wires and a rubber ring for sealing at assembly, making it straightforward to integrate into humidifiers, misting modules and other water-based appliances. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch area can be adjusted, wire length and connection method are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design, and liquids beyond general clean water are evaluated case by case; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
