RYD-16SR5-110W60 is a Ø16mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc designed for stronger mist output. It supports 1.5W normal operating power, a higher continuous level within this series, letting humidifiers and misting appliances draw more mist from the same Ø16mm footprint. The SUS304 plate carries 608 micro-holes of 5μm in a Ø4.2mm punch area, generating a dense, even mist, and the element ships with 60mm UL1571 AWG30# red/black lead wires with 3mm stripped ends for direct soldering to the driver board. It fits household humidifiers, diffusers and misting modules that need extra output without enlarging the atomizing element. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch area can be adjusted, wire length and termination are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design, and liquids beyond general clean water are evaluated case by case; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
