RYD-16SJT5-112W45-6UM is a Ø16mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc tuned for designs that favor larger droplets and a richer visible mist. The SUS304 plate carries 730 micro-holes of 5.0~6.5μm, giving diffusers and misting products a heavier mist character than finer-pore variants while keeping the same compact Ø16mm footprint, and the element is rated for at least 3000 hours of service life. Like its companion model it terminates in a 1.5mm 2P connector on 45mm UL1571 AWG30# lead wires, supporting plug-in assembly and easy field replacement. The disc is designed for general clean water; acidic, alkaline or high-viscosity liquids are subject to consultation. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch area can be tuned, wire length, gauge and connector type are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
