RYD-16SJT5-112W45-5UM is a Ø16mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc for portable humidifiers, aroma diffusers and compact misting products. The SUS304 plate carries 730 micro-holes of 4.5~6.0μm that produce a fine mist suited to small enclosures, and the element is rated for at least 3000 hours of service life. Instead of bare wire ends, it is fitted with 45mm UL1571 AWG30# lead wires terminated in a 1.5mm 2P connector, enabling plug-in assembly and quick replacement during after-service, which reduces assembly time on the production line. The disc is designed for general clean water; acidic, alkaline or high-viscosity liquids are subject to consultation. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch area can be tuned, wire length, gauge and connector type are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
