RYD-16SH-113W60-6UM is a Ø16mm microporous piezoelectric atomizing mesh disc for fine-mist humidification in smart home and consumer misting products. Driven at ultrasonic frequency, the element pushes liquid through a dense array of 900 micro-holes of 5~6μm to generate a cool, even mist without heating, and the high pore count across the Ø4.2mm punch area produces a full mist column from a compact Ø16mm footprint. It is supplied with 60mm red/black lead wires and an open rubber ring, so the disc can be sealed directly into the water tank or mist chamber with minimal assembly steps, shortening the production line for humidifiers, aroma diffusers, beauty misting instruments and similar appliances. Customization available: micropore diameter, pore count and punch area can be tuned to your mist requirement, wire length and connection method are configurable, protective coating can be applied per your design, and liquids beyond general clean water are evaluated case by case; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
