RYD FX542910 is a compact 5.3×2.8×1.05mm piezoelectric ceramic element resonating at 2MHz. The element provides static capacitance of 220pF at 1.0kHz, dielectric loss tgδ of 2.0% or less, electromechanical coupling coefficient Kp of at least 60%, mechanical quality factor Qm of at least 70, piezoelectric strain constant d33 of at least 420pC/N and Curie temperature of 350℃ or higher, operating from -20℃ to +70℃. The high Curie temperature gives extra thermal stability margin, and the small footprint fits space-constrained layouts. Customization available: dimensions, electrode configuration and lead attachment can be tailored to your assembly, and protective coating on the ceramic surface can be applied as required; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
