FX150501

RYD FX150501 is a 15x5x1mm rectangular piezoelectric ceramic element with a resonant frequency of 2000±150kHz. The element provides static capacitance of 1300pF at 1.0kHz, dielectric loss tanδ of 2.1% or less, piezoelectric strain constant d33 of 450pC/N, and operates from -20℃ to +70℃. The elongated rectangular form factor suits layouts where a narrow, strip-shaped active element is easier to integrate than a disc. Customization available: dimensions, electrode configuration and lead attachment can be tailored to your assembly, and protective coating on the ceramic surface can be applied as required; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
