RYD FX8-500K-0505065 is a compact 5x5x6.5mm piezoelectric ceramic block with thickness-mode resonance at 500kHz. The element has static capacitance of 38pF, piezoelectric strain constant d33 of 240pC/N and dissipation factor below 0.5%. The low capacitance and low dissipation factor suit drive circuits that favor light electrical loading, and the tall, narrow form factor concentrates motion along the thickness axis. Customization available: dimensions, electrode configuration and lead attachment can be tailored to your assembly, and protective coating on the ceramic surface can be applied as required; new designs can be developed for volume projects.
