RYD FT-27S-31SW30 is a pre-wired piezoelectric ceramic buzzer disc on SUS304 stainless steel plate, ready for direct assembly into security systems, automotive electronics and equipment housings. The Ø27.0mm element resonates at 3.1±0.2kHz and comes fitted with 30mm UL1571 AWG28# lead wires, eliminating separate soldering and shortening your assembly line cycle. Dual electrostatic capacitance values of CM 50.0nF±30% and CF 5.0nF±30% at 100Hz support flexible driver matching, with allowable input up to 30Vp-p from -20℃ to +70℃. Customization available: lead wire length and gauge, terminal length and connection method, resonant frequency and electrode configuration can all be tailored; protective coating on the ceramic surface can be provided per your request, along with waterproof and dustproof options; new items can be developed for volume orders.
