Description
RYD XY22B4003P Piezoelectric Transducer Element generates ≥80dB at 4.0kHz/10cm with 3Vp-p square wave (1–30Vp-p range) in Φ22×7mm black MPPO housing. Phosphor bronze pins, 15000pF±30% capacitance, and ≤1mA current draw enable direct drive from low-voltage logic outputs for ultrasonic ranging, mist generation, and micro-acoustic modules. Operating range –20 to +70°C. New product development or parameter customization available for high-volume requirements.
