To help our engineering team assess feasibility and prepare an accurate quotation, please share as much of the following as possible: target specifications such as size, impedance, SPL and frequency range; estimated annual volume or order quantity; the operating environment of your device, including temperature, humidity and vibration conditions; and any compliance requirements such as RoHS, REACH, IP rating or automotive-grade standards. A drawing, reference part number or even a photo of your current component is very helpful. If some specifications are still open, simply describe the application and intended use case — our engineers can suggest the closest standard model or propose a custom direction.

Yes. We offer both parameter tuning and structural adjustments based on our in-house acoustic design capability. Customization typically covers size and shape, impedance, output level, frequency response, connection style (solder pads, lead wires or connectors) and housing materials, so the component fits your enclosure and application. Every customization request is reviewed for technical feasibility first. If an existing standard model can meet your requirements, we will recommend it to save development time and cost. If not, we proceed with a custom build after scope, MOQ and lead time are discussed and agreed.

All production is quality-managed under ISO 9001, covering supplier qualification, incoming inspection, in-process control and pre-shipment audit. RoHS, REACH and material safety data sheets are available upon request, with full traceability from raw material lot to finished goods. For automotive or medical projects, additional inspection records and compliance documents can be prepared based on the agreed specification. If you need test data or an inspection report with your shipment, please let us know when placing the order so we can prepare the documentation in advance.
